E-OV: When is regenerated over-voltage protection activated? How should I handle it?
- ANSWER
■ Causes
The motor shuts down if the direct voltage inside rises to the set value due to regenerative operation.
Thresholds are: DC 205 V for 100 V products and DC 410 V for 200 V products.
■ Action
If a shutdown occurs during operation, a short deceleration time may be one of the causes. Adjust deceleration time. Attaching an external regenerative resistance may solve the problem.- RELATED CATEGORIES
